The South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. pledged full resources to combat arson. J. P. Kneece told Aiken County Sheriff's Department that the bureau will provide a gas detector and eleven tools to aid law enforcement and adjusters in addressing arson, a $25 million annual crime in the state.
