City grapples with stalled comprehensive plan and staff strain
In an Aiken Standard update from 1A, City Administrator Todd Glover pressed Sterling for a written progress report on the Comprehensive Plan amid eight months without an approved plan. Sterling cited a Stantec draft from 2016, staff cuts from six to two, and scheduling constraints as factors delaying the public hearing set for February 16 and a March 13 council hearing.
