Williston African-American Heritage Parade News
The third annual Williston parade starts at 4 p.m. Sunday with line up at 3 p.m. in front of Williston Elko High School. Kelly Edwards Elementary sponsors the event to fund murals painted by fifth graders, with entrance fees supporting the resident artist. More than 60 participants have registered. on-site registration begins at 3 p.m. The $5 entry and $25 sponsorship support community groups and local enterprises.
