Indicted Warrenville trio accused of filing inmate tax refunds
A federal grand jury charged Charles Bruce Tomes C B Toms John David Craven and Sheila H Stallings all of Warrenville with conspiracy and presenting false tax returns in the name of state prison inmates. They allegedly filed 13 returns seeking refunds of 4457 dollars with nine refund checks mailed to a Langley post office.
