Two more concerts are scheduled during this winter season in Aiken, March 18 and March 28, to benefit the Dibble Memorial Library fund. soprano Marguerite Ringo, engaged for civic opera in New York, will perform under the Aiken Library at the Aiken Theatre, with proceeds after expenses going to the library fund.

Tryon state forester Clemson College spoke on Conservation of Forestry noting South Carolina has about twenty million acres with eight million unsuitable for profit from timber and urging public awareness. Cleveland Forest Concert Band Announces Return Broadcast

Casals and Lerner Thrill Aiken Audience in Joint Recital
Pablo Casals the world renowned cellist and Madame Tina Lerner the noted Russian pianist performed at the Aiken Theatre last Saturday before a large tourist crowd.
