Ralph "Bob" Barber 80 former Midland Valley magistrate served 1983 to 1995 and earlier as a jailer. Korean War veteran, lifetime DAV and Korean War Veterans member, helped establish Horse Creek Midland Valley Veterans Park and aided local church land acquisition. Survived by wife MacDell Boyd Barber, children Mark Key and Judy Storey, siblings, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
