Jantzen notes the 10.8 percent rise in median single family home prices in Aiken County and an 4.1 percent increase in all county property sales since 2010. The tax base grew 11.5 percent since 2011 while high end markets like Woodside Plantation and Cedar Creek show 17 to 19 percent declines since 2011. A total of 104,000 parcels will receive reassessment notices for 2016.
