Karen Butt delivered a boy in the front seat of a car as she and her husband rushed to Baptist East Hospital in Louisville. A second boy arrived in the hospital parking lot after the couple reached the facility. Both infants were reported to be doing well.
Los Angeles authorities charged Joseph Edward Markowski a 29 year old male sex worker from West Hollywood with murder attempt and nine related counts for knowingly selling AIDS contaminated blood for eight to ten dollars per pint. He plead not guilty and faces a July preliminary hearing.
The sky will be fair tonight with a low in the upper 60s. Tomorrow there will be partly cloudy skies with a 30 percent shower chance and a high in the low 90s. The Fourth of July outlook calls for afternoon and evening thundershowers and a high in the low 90s.

North Augusta and the Valley Public Service Authority ratified a pact resolving a territorial dispute. The city gains exclusive water and sewer rights within current city limits and preexisting VPSA areas, while VPSA receives 100000 dollars plus 7 percent of collections for 20 years. The Polo Branch Interceptor project also gains city approval.
An AP report claims Iranian Revolutionary Guards moved two American hostages from Lebanon to Iran in coffins via Damascus and Turkey. The individuals named include Terry Anderson and Thomas Sutherland, with Syria restricting Guards movement after the transfer.
