Lawsuits over SC TERI retirement changes heard in Columbia
Four state employees sue after TERI rules were altered to fund the retirement system. Circuit Judge Breeden heard arguments and may rule next week. The suit seeks class action status while the state says a separate Administrative Law Court is proper.
