Bikes and Dogs Safeguard Aiken Community Safety Effort
Aiken Department of Public Safety uses bicycles in the PACT program to stay close to residents and teach road safety. The county’s bloodhound team, including 11 year old Tippy and dogs Annie, Red, Sweet Pea, Walker and Tex, tracks suspects and locates missing people while officers stress training and safety.
