A Charleston judge dropped trespassing charges against Ramon Caraballo and Tyreece Washington from the November arrests at Marion Park. Nine protesters faced up to 30 days in jail or a $500 fine for failing to leave at 11 PM curfew. Seven others reached a January deal to dismiss if remaining law abiding for six months.
