Augusta news reports the second RCCI escapee, Ralph Conklin age 22, was recaptured by Richmond County deputies in the Millegeville Road area and returned to the prison. Mark Thompson age 33, of Clearwater, is back in RCCI after a Tuesday night capture in Clearwater. A 15 year old girl aiding the escape and a 16 year old girl arrested after a Belvedere crash face juvenile detention. Both escapees face felony escape charges. the 15 year old faces aiding and abetting and motor vehicle theft charges.
