Salkehatchie Teens Wrap Up Week of Home Repairs in Aiken
Salkehatchie Summer Service volunteers around Aiken County finish a week of roofing plumbing doors and porch work at six sites. The Sand River camp base at St. John’s United Methodist Church hosted 87 campers with 18 adult men 21 youth male 17 adult female and 31 youth female. Nearby homeowners like Betty Scott praised the projects while organizers noted statewide 47 camps and about 3 300 campers this season.
