Water safety class offered by Aiken Red Cross
The Aiken County Red Cross announces a five session water safety instructor course beginning Monday for ages 16 and up. Prerequisites include swimming ability and completing fundamentals of instructor training with tread water and back float tests. Tuition is 145 dollars per class with sessions 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and an exam the following Monday July 7 at 9 a.m. at 1314 Pine Log Road Aiken.
