Man pleads guilty in 2015 drive by murder case
Hephzibah Georgia man Demorris Harris, 25, pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to the felony murder of Gail McFadden, a 16 year old shot outside a Clearwater home in 2015. Harris received 10 years in prison suspended to time served plus five years probation after being in jail since 2016. other charges were dismissed. He testified against Santonio Williams, the co defendant, who was later sentenced to 50 years. Harris apologized in court for McFadden’s death.
