Hephzibah Man Dies In I 20 Wreck In South Carolina
Franklin Neely a 65 year old Hephzibah man died after his produce truck rear ended a tractor trailer driven by Anderson Fraley 42 of Atlanta on I 20 near the 22 mile marker westbound. The crash occurred about 7 am with Neely pronounced dead at the scene around 8 am. The impact set off a chain of events totaling two Aiken County Sheriff's Office patrol vehicles in a second crash.
