A new edition of Gentle Stretch, a chair yoga class, will air today on ASTYV Atlantic Broadband channel 95 at 9 am 2 pm and 7 pm. The program invites viewers to enjoy a gentle stretch routine from home.

Voters head to the polls for a runoff featuring eight statewide candidates and eight House contenders. Nikki Haley seeks the Republican nomination for governor against Gresham Barrett, while Tim Scott leads a coastal bid to become the first Black Republican in Congress from the state in a century. Scott faces Paul Thurmond. Haley would confront Vin cent Sheheen if she wins.
Lt Governor and attorney general races test GOP appeal to diverse voters. Haley led with 49 percent in the June 8 primary, Barrett 22 percent, while Scott held 31 percent. Ard and Connor advance in the lieutenant governor runoff, with Ard at 34 percent. Lord and Wilson contest the attorney general runoff after narrow splits.
