Windsor man charged after using 11-year-old in shoplifting
A Windsor man, Angela Deshawn Hatcher, 26, was charged with shoplifting, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and driving under suspension after allegedly guiding an 11-year-old stepson to walk out of a Wal Mart store with a cart of goods. He remained in the Aiken County detention center Thursday. Separately, Target employee William Perry faced a potential breach of trust arrest for discounting items and selling to family, costing the store over 560 dollars. Police linked arson at a park on Redd Street to three juveniles with conflicting statements, all released for further inquiry.
