Blake not ready for Sept trial say lawyer
Los Angeles Robert Blake's attorney Gerald Schwartzbach says preparation for the September 9 murder trial is unlikely due to 60,000 pages of evidence plus audio and video files and missing materials. Prosecutors acknowledge some misplacements but say they do not create a major gap in evidence. Blake remains out on 1.5 million bail under electronic ankle monitoring as a July 16 status conference is set.
