Lawmakers return to finish work in South Carolina
South Carolina lawmakers head back to the State House Tuesday to finish a session that was to end June 1. They must resolve remaining items including the $6 billion budget for July 1 and about two dozen conference committees negotiating on issues from roadside vegetation to marriage age and drunk driving legislation. Celebration honors Father’s Day at Smith-Hazel Center
