Man Shot In Struggle With Officer In Jackson
A drug suspect Todd Lee of 308 Fourth St Jackson was shot in the side by Officer James Michael Hess after a struggle during an attempted arrest in a 2 am incident in a store lot. Lee, found with marijuana, was taken to MCG Augusta for surgery and listed in fair condition. Officer Hess placed on administrative duty as SLED investigates the shooting.
