Juvenile Won’t Be Charged In Teen’s Slaying

In Aiken County a 14 year old suspect in the June 11 shooting death of 17 year old Ryan Gallagher at South Aiken High School was released and will not face involuntary manslaughter charges. Dennis Morgan, 37, ofNicholson Village, is charged with Gallagher’s shooting. Morgan’s bond for the murder charge is not set. a $5,000 bond was set for illegal weapon and delinquency of a minor charges.
