N A Youth In Serious Condition After River Cliff Fall

Troy Bailey 18 of 412 West Forest Avenue North Augusta remained in serious condition with a head injury at Eugene Talmadge Memorial Hospital after falling from a rocky cliff by the Savannah River Thursday about 550 PM. He was unconscious when found by the North Augusta Department of Public Safety and later airlifted for treatment.
