Aiken County approves plan for five day in-person classes
The Aiken County Board of Education approved the 2021 22 Return to In Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan at a special meeting. The plan adds five day in person classes with virtual options for students not returning. Mask use is optional and desks will face one way with distancing. elementary students cannot join the Aiken Innovate online program.

S C funds 8.9B from federal COVID relief to state and locals
South Carolina will receive about 8.9 billion from the American Rescue Plan. County approves 21-22 budget funding gang investigators
