A 34 year old ultraright member Hiroyoshi Fudeyasu attacked Prime Minister Takeo Miki with fists moments before a funeral for former PM Eishaku Sato. Police said Miki remained standing, later led the ceremony as chairman. Fudeyasu carried a five inch knife and a death by own action note criticizing pro Communist policy and treaty ratification.

Man Beaten and Attacked After Nightclub Argument
