The Aiken City Council will hold a 4 p.m. public work session in Room 204 of the Aiken Municipal Building to hammer out details of the 2016 17 budget. City Manager John Klimm says the frugal but active plan targets roads infrastructure and capital projects with a final vote set for June 20.
