Aiken man charged with marijuana distribution tied to restaurant sale
Kaleb Nathanial Niles of Partridge Bend Road was charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana and one count of drug paraphernalia after a confidential informant bought marijuana from him at his place of employment on Richland Avenue. He faces two counts of distribution near a school or public park and remains in custody at the Aiken County detention center. An officer served warrants at the restaurant after the informant’s purchase.
