Nearly 60 dogs of all sizes and breeds were bathed at the first of four summer Aiken SPCA Dog Wash fundraisers held at Cold Creek Nurseries. Proceeds fund shelter operations with volunteers running nail trims baths and other services while attendees praise the SPCA’s homes and education efforts. Upcoming washes are July 11 August 15 and September 12 from 10 am to 2 pm at 98 Hitchcock Parkway.
