Contractor begins closure of Type II waste tank at SRS
The Savannah River Site moves toward closing Tank 16 the first Type II tank and the first closure in H Area. Grouting will fill the tank after waste removal and cleaning. DOE and SCDHEC disputes led to a 2016 closure target with a 43 month extension in negotiations and resulting cooperation.

Summer Jazz Camp at USCA Etherredge Center
