SAN FRANCISCO The California Supreme Court refused to block the execution of triple murderer Horace Kelly who was found sane by a jury despite gibberish talk and belief he's in college. Kelly, 38, is set to die June 9 for killing two women and an 11 year old boy in 1984 amid a six day span.
