Intergenerational day camp to run June 12
The second annual Wee journey will be at Mattie C. Hall Health Care Center with sessions Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays for three weeks starting June 12. Ages 6 to 17 will interact with elders through special activities and outings. Hours 7 am to 4 pm. Cost 5 dollars per day per camper, extra family campers 2.50 each. Pre-registration and immunization records required. Teens 13 to 17 may volunteer. no fee and Eden Alternative Service Learning Certificates awarded. Second three week session starts July 17.
