Citizens may register bicycles at the Senior Citizens Clubhouse in Crosland Park this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The license costs 50 cents for three years. A separate Sunday event features a country rock and pop band from Ft. Hood, Texas, at a mini park starting at 1 p.m. The event is organized by the Aiken Police Department and the Army Recruiter.
