Norway suspect eyed other targets in Oslo attacks
Breivik confessed setting off a car bomb in Oslo and killing 69 youths at a Labor Party retreat on Utoya island. He told investigators he also considered targets linked to the government or Labor Party, including royal palace and party offices, before the July 22 massacre. He showed no emotion when asked how many people he killed.
