Series adds public voice through Aiken symposium series
The 2017 Stakeholders Symposium Series runs weekly on Tuesdays in August at 6 p.m. in the Aiken Municipal Building conference room. Hosted by the ADPS Community Services Division and City Affairs and Tourism, it invites residents entrepreneurs nonprofits and small businesses to explore how safe communities and economic development work together. Cynthia Mitchell notes the series expands last year's Neighborhood Symposium and aims to reduce crime and support Northside revitalization.
