Retarded Man Executed Today In Louisiana
John Brogdon, 25, described as mentally retarded and a victim of child abuse, was executed in the electric chair at Angola State Penitentiary for the 1981 rape, torture, and murder of an 11 year old girl. He died at 12 12 a.m. after his appeals failed.
