Settlement reached in dispute over historic Constantine House
The Amodolas sued Cody Anderson over the Constantine House in Aiken claiming default on a $1 million loan after buying the property in August 2020. The case in the Court of Common Pleas for South Carolina’s 2nd Judicial Circuit has been settled amicably and privately.
