Toshiba to pay SCANA and Santee Cooper over two billion dollars

Toshiba pledges 2.168 billion dollars to SCANA and Santee Cooper tied to the V C Summer AP1000 project. Payments run 2017 to 2022 with first installment of 150 million and monthly amounts in the 30 million range. Westinghouse bankruptcy triggers guaranteed payments and liens totaling about 210.6 million are resolved.

Area teachers test filmmaking skills in USC Aiken workshop
