Two killed and seven injured in church shooting at Tennessee temple
A gunman opened fire at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church youth performance in Knoxville. Greg McKendry, 60, was killed while shielding others. Jim D. Adkisson, 58, was charged with first degree murder and held on $1 million bail. seven adults were wounded, patrons hid under pews, and congregants tackled the shooter.
