Grandmother sues game maker over hidden sex in game
Florence Cohen 85 of New York sues Rockstar Games and Take Two Interactive for misrepresentation and deceptive practices over hidden sexually explicit scenes in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas sold for her 14 year old grandson. She seeks nationwide damages and refunds. The suit cites M rating then AO rating after publicity and inquiries by FTC. The case notes retailer pullouts by Wal Mart Target Best Buy and Circuit City.
