Aiken man gets 10 years for drug trafficking

Shariffe Breeland 17 learned horse care from Aiken officer Sonny Ford and later helped safety crews chase down a riderless horse that wandered from a Grace Avenue paddock onto Carver Terrace and onto the bypass near Northside. Breeland, 6 feet 4 inches, says the early lessons prepared him to act as the horse wandered through a residential area at 2 45 a.m. with friend Jamaris Coleman.
