Citadel appeals Faulkner admission decision in all male corps

The Citadel filed a formal notice of appeal with the 4th U S Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond to challenge U S District Judge C Weston Houck's order allowing Shannon Faulkner into the all male cadet corps.
