The South Carolina Department of Parks Recreation and Tourism plans to rebuild the Huntington Beach State Park nature center after a lightning sparked fire destroyed it early Wednesday. The blaze killed more than 20 animals including jellyfish alligators turtles and snakes. Dawn Dawson-House said plans are to rebuild quickly but details are not yet available. The park lies on the Atlantic coast about 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach.
