Palfed to Open Third Palmetto Federal Branch in Mt Pleasant
PALFED Inc has won Office of Thrift Supervision approval to open a third Palmetto Federal Savings Bank branch in the Charleston area. The Mt. Pleasant site on Ben Sawyer Boulevard will follow renovations to boost service. Palmetto Federal, with 638 million dollars in assets, operates 19 banking and eight mortgage offices in S.C. and one Georgia mortgage lender.
