Nuclear society awards scholarships to area students
The Savannah River Section of the American Nuclear Society awarded three Benjamin Memorial Scholarships for the 2018 2019 academic year. Winners Natasha Flores Kathryn Foral and Michael Ray are Aiken and Evans High School students pursuing STEM fields at Clemson University University of Georgia and Clemson University. The recipients and their parents were recognized at a July 12 dinner meeting at Newberry Hall with additional commendations announced for three more students.
