USC Aiken to use city space in downtown Aiken short-term
USC Aiken and the City of Aiken signed a short-term license for the 141 Newberry St. S.W. building adjacent to the Municipal Building. The deal runs May 12 2017 to Dec 31 2018 with 45 days notice to terminate and a token rent of $1 plus utilities and maintenance. The front portion will be used as a meeting or reception space for students faculty and staff.
