Weekend vandalism and theft reported across Aiken County
A vending machine at Aiken High School annex was damaged and items stolen. A resident reported a burglary attempt while showering. A fake $3,980 check was tried at Bank of America on Laurens Street. Break ins occurred at Graniteville and Beech Island with multiple items stolen. Deputies noted forced entry at some sites and extensive property losses.
