After weeks of heat and no rain the forecast hints at possible showers. Tonight temperatures dip to the low 70s with a 20 percent rain chance. tomorrow rises to the low 90s with a 30 percent chance of showers and partly cloudy afternoons. Winds are light from the south. The rest of the week anticipates continued warm weather with daily highs in the 90s and nightly lows in the 70s.

J H Robinson Funeral Home directed arrangements.
Correction states the $3,000 worth of tools and stereo tapes were not lost in a break-in at Aiken Technical College last Wednesday. The loss was reported to the Aiken County Sheriff's Department after the college’s year-end audit.
