Summer food program helps kids get meals in Aiken County
The Aiken County summer meals program serves breakfast lunch and two snacks to children 18 and under at dozens of sites. Last year 291000 meals were served up from five to seven trucks plus one bus for Salley Wagener area. The program runs June 1 to August 10 and is administered by the Parks Recreation and Tourism Department.
