SRS Museum opens to the public in historic Savannah River site
The Savannah River Heritage Foundation opened the Savannah River Site Museum at 224 Laurens St. S.W. in Aiken, with Executive Director Walt Joseph noting years of planning. The Aiken Women’s Heart Board hosts the Heart Show Encore at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at USC Aiken Etherredge Center. Tickets are 15 dollars, with proceeds split between the American Heart Association South Carolina chapter and USCA theater department scholarships.
