Woman injured in moped wreck on US 1 near Thompson Ave

A Monday afternoon crash on US 1 at Thompson Avenue left a woman on a blue moped seriously injured. Charles Plaster, 40, of Clear Water, driving an Isuzu wrecker, failed to yield right of way and faced charges. The injured rider was transported to the Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
